just find an easy youtube tutorial (like this one – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MtF_U_wwFQY)
…and you will get hooked in 10min (that’s what happened to me;D)
btw where do you get the earring basis (like this ones – http://www.flickr.com/photos/abbyandgrr/8681669859/) because they make perfect earrings without adding anything on them;)
Oooh, thank you! I will have to watch that and try it out. It’s not really that I can’t crochet. My mom taught me when I was little. I just can’t keep track of the counting. I can crochet a line forever, but ask me to crochet anything with a pattern and it’ll turn out all kinds of messed up. lol
I think I got that finding at Fire Mountain Gems. I have a few other similar pairs that do look nice just as they are, but for selling as a finished piece of jewelry I need to add beads. 🙂
same here. i never learned how to read crochet patterns (but i have a friend who will teach me next month \o/ ;)), but this small tatted things are easy…only need to count to 10 and i can manage that;)
